Larry R. Church
Larry Church is a partner and the managing attorney of the Southern Indiana office of McNeely Stephenson. Larry is originally from Portsmouth, Ohio, lives in Louisville, Kentucky and primarily practices within the State of Indiana which explains why he is licensed and actively practicing in all 3 states. Larry has been a partner at McNeely Stephenson since opening up the Southern Indiana office in 2010.
Larry primarily practices in the area of Insurance Defense, Insurance Coverage and all aspects of Civil Litigation. Larry is a licensed mediator and uses those skills to find the best possible outcome for his clients whether that be fiercely defending them in Court or negotiating a favorable resolution for them before suit is filed.
Larry graduated from Kent State University in 1988 with a B.A. in English where he was awarded the honor of Phi Beta Kappa and then received his JD from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1991. Prior to joining the firm, Larry started his legal career as a Public Defender for the Commonwealth of Kentucky where he represented thousands of indigent individuals. From the PD office, Larry transitioned into the largest law firm within the Commonwealth of Kentucky where he practiced for 15 years and where he managed the Firm’s New Albany office for the last 5 years before joining McNeely Stephenson.
Larry is active in his community and Church as well as being an avid University of Louisville, Cincinnati Reds and Pittsburgh Steeler fan. He enjoys all types of Fitness activities.
