Paul L. Jefferson
Paul Jefferson strives to find practical solutions to legal issues. His experience includes constitutional law, public access issues, toxic torts and product liability, UCC and contract disputes, and various government matters. Paul has represented a wide variety of businesses, from Fortune 15 companies to sole proprietorships.
As a graduate of Wabash College in 1992 and IU McKinney School of Law in 2002, Paul has previously served as general counsel for a nearly 100-employee company and has gained insight into the practical issues facing clients thru that experience. His appellate experience includes merit and certiorari briefing at the United States Supreme Court, briefing and oral argument in Federal circuit courts, and more than 50 appearances in Indiana’s appellate courts.
Paul has been named a Super Lawyer, and one of America’s Best Lawyers in America for more than 5 years. He taught Indiana Constitutional Law at the IU McKinney School of Law. He is also the author of Indiana Appellate Practice published by LEXIS.
