Marc Tawfik is an associate in the New Albany office of McNeely Stephenson.
Prior to joining McNeely Stephenson, Marc served as an attorney with the Kentucky Department of Public Advocacy representing indigent clients in criminal proceedings and ensuring they always received their fundamental right to counsel. Before joining the Department of Public Advocacy, Marc was able to clerk for various judges, private practitioners, and legal clinics, where he gained the skills and experience needed to assess any legal situation and decide what the next steps should be in any legal proceeding.
Marc is from Louisville, Kentucky where he attended the University of Louisville and graduated with a B.S. in Political Science. He then went on to receive his J.D. from Ohio Northern University, where he received numerous book awards and was able to serve as the Phi Alpha Delta, Chief Justice for the law school.
