Caroline E. Richardson
Caroline Richardson concentrates her practice on areas of litigation, bankruptcy, and appellate litigation. She has experience working with the not-for-profit sector, specifically in the development of affordable housing and the protection of fair housing laws.
As a graduate of Furman University in 2003 and IU McKinney School of Law in 2009, Caroline has previously represented debtors and creditors in diverse bankruptcy and adversarial proceedings. She has spent many hours in all phases of civil litigation, contract review and drafting, mortgage foreclosure, and UCC Article 9 litigation.
Caroline gives her time to various causes, including the Fair Housing Center of Central Indiana, the ACLU of Indiana, and Partners in Housing Development Corporation.
