Bradley J. Buchheit
Brad Buchheit is a litigator in the Indianapolis office of McNeely Stephenson. He primarily focuses his practice on trials and appeals of complex commercial and bankruptcy disputes.
Brad has authored briefs to the Indiana Supreme Court and Indiana Court of Appeals and has argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
In law school Brad was a student law clerk to the Honorable Arlene Singer of the Ohio Court of Appeals and the Honorable James G. Carr, then-Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
