Steve Schrumpf represents employers in workplace matters in state and federal court, and before such agencies as the EEOC, NLRB, DOL, OSHA, and ICRC. Mr. Schrumpf provides advice and counseling concerning the numerous laws and regulations affecting business, such as Title VII, the NLRA, the ADA, the FMLA, COBRA, ERISA, and the FLSA. He believes clients come to a law firm to find solutions -- not obstacles. Clients desire representation that is responsive to their needs and the results they seek. Being responsive can be as simple as returning telephone calls and promptly solving problems over the telephone. Clients do not need an attorney who is a nay-sayer. Through a hands-on role and counseling on workplace issues, Mr. Schrumpf provides clients the representation they want and deserve, while managing the unavoidable risks associated with running a business.
