Susann Stephenson brings to the legal team the compassion of a registered nurse and the problem solving ability of an attorney. Susann spent twenty years in clinical nursing practice prior to earning her law license. She then spent five years as Director of Risk Management for a major Indianapolis hospital. She understands the way hospitals, physicians, and other care providers think when it comes to medical errors and resolving patient claims.  And she has the knowledge, skills and experience to challenge care providers on their own terms when a patient has been harmed by the health care system.

Susann's broad experience allows her to understand medical records, identify issues concerning the care provided, and present cogent legal arguments to support her clients' claims.
