Katherine ("Katie") Petralia joined McNeely Stephenson Thopy & Harrold in 2008. She concentrates her practice in the area of insurance defense. Prior to joining the firm, Katie worked for more than five years as an attorney in Maryland. Katie has experience defending automobile, construction, and premises liability claims. She also was involved in defending numerous professional liability claims in Maryland, including claims against attorneys, medical professionals, appraisers and design professionals. Katie originally moved to Maryland after law school to pursue a judicial clerkship with The Honorable Dana M. Levitz in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, Maryland, but is now pleased to have been able to return to her roots in Indiana.
