Dennis (Denny) Harrold's practice involves the representation of defendants and plaintiffs in civil litigation. While the majority of his representation is in the defense of personal injury cases, he represents plaintiffs in selected serious injury cases and a wide variety of clients in other civil litigation. Additionally, Mr. Harrold represents Shelbyville Central School Corporation, Southwestern Consolidated School District and Blue River Career Center in Shelby County, as well as Indiana Downs, Indiana Live! Casino, and Major Hospital of Shelbyville. He has served as a speaker in the areas of school law and personal injury trial practice. He is a past President of the Shelby County Chamber of Commerce and a Fellow of the Indiana Bar Foundation.
