Brett represents his clients in court proceedings throughout the State of Indiana. Mr. Haacker joined the firm in 2007 after serving three years as the City of Shelbyville's first full-time City Attorney, where he was responsible for handling a wide variety of legal matters. Prior to his position with the city, Mr. Haacker was engaged in private practice in Rochester, N.Y., concentrating on civil litigation, commercial litigation and mortgage foreclosures.
